Seniors and Disabled Houston Residents URGED TO REPORT WINTER STORM DAMAGE TO 311 - The Department of Neighborhoods and the Mayor’s Office of People with Disabilities have created a hotline to assist seniors and disabled residents who do not have internet access with the completion of damage reports by telephone. Residents or family members of this affected community may call 311 or 713-837-0311 and request to be connected to the hotline for assistance. The hotline will be available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 8-22, 2021.
