Agape Development has been transforming the OST/South Union neighborhood by preparing Christ-following, independent, community leaders for the last 16 years. By offering after-school and summer programs for children and teens, transitional housing for young adults, discipleship for all ages, and employment opportunities for its neighbors, Agape has become a community asset. Agape Homes CDC grew out of Agape Development to address the housing crisis in our community. By acquiring vacant lots, partnering with a production home builder, preparing renters to become buyers, and selling quality homes marketed to a range of household incomes, Agape Homes CDC will preserve affordability for its neighbors in the community.
